Stuart was called in to replace the glass on stove door. He immediately understood the issue (vulnerable customer and safety) and managed to visit a day earlier than previously planned. Stuart also identified other potential safety issues and sorted it all out. The work carried out was outstanding, so was the communication from A-Z. It is good to know that there is someone like Stuart in the neighbourhood, he is truly unique in what he does and how he deals with people. THANK YOU!

We had just moved into our new home before Christmas, and knew the chances of having our chimney swept were slim. Stuart managed to squeeze us in. His service was incredibly efficient, friendly, he gave us brilliant advice for our open fireplace in the future, and he adhered well to all the current covid safety guidelines and protocols. We will definitely be using him again in the future and recommending him on to anyone who may need a good sweep.

Stuart was able to slow us in for a last minute pre-Christmas sweep. His service was incredibly efficient, friendly, adhered to all the covid protocols, we were able to pay online as well which was fab, and he was all around helpful and great. Fantastic service. Couldn't have been more pleased. We had been hearing a noise in our chimney, turns out it was a pigeon that had fallen down, and died. The guys from chimney2sweep were completely professional, reliable, gave excellent advice and worked efficiently to sweep the chimney, remove the bird and cap the chimney top.
Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
